What is “virtual” Baseball?
“Virtual” Baseball is the closest thing we can do right now to match the fun times we have at our ballpark during Miracle League games.
In “virtual” baseball, the action will all take place on ZOOM, using your computer or smartphone. The 2020 Fall Season “virtual” games will be played every Saturday just like at our ball field, with the National Anthem, game-day announcers, umpires, buddy volunteers, our mascot Homer, and some of our favorite guests like the Star Wars characters. There’ll be the usual fun game day activities such as a Halloween Costume contest, RAFFLE PRIZES after each game, the chicken dance, and much more. You may even receive a free hot dog for hitting the pitcher!
Games will be “live-streamed” as they are being played to our Facebook page and our Youtube channel so friends and relatives can watch the action from anywhere in the country! Our Facebook and Youtube links are at the top and bottom of our website home page: https://miracleleaguelasvegas.com
We miss seeing you in person but we are here for you and we will continue to find creative and fun ways to support our Miracle League families. And don’t forget, the FIRST EVER “VIRTUAL” Miracle League Baseball Season starts Saturday, September 26th!
PLEASE NOTE: Our “Virtual Season” is FREE for all participants, but players must contact Roxanne (702.623.9990) to reserve a spot.
